The Global Economic Collapse
The global economy is certainly no laughing matter, but if you can't laugh you might well cry. With that sentiment in mind, check out the Australian comedy duo of John Clarke and Brian Dawe

The Ghost of President's Past
Regular Bros has learned that Obama has been visited by the first of three ghosts, a la A Christmas Carol. Cameras recently caputured the spectral image of George Washington hovering over Obama's shoulder.
Sources report that President Washington reportedly warned Obama regarding conduct unbecoming a gentleman and the Commander in Chief, as described in his General Orders on Profanity.
While Obama's publicly stated urge to kick ass is mild by today's standards, there is understandably some concern over his choice of verbiage. Regular Bros is less concerned about Obama's language than about the subject matter he is expounding on. We hope that present and future ghostly visits include apparitions extolling the virtues of limited government and conservatism, and that Obama sees that it is time for change.

That the Troops may have an opportunity of attending public worship, as well as take some rest after the great fatigue they have gone through; The General in future excuses them from fatigue duty on Sundays (except at the Ship Yards, or special occasions) until further orders. The General is sorry to be informed that the foolish, and wicked practice, of profane cursing and swearing (a Vice heretofore little known in an American Army) is growing into fashion; he hopes the officers will, by example, as well as influence, endeavour to check it, and that both they, and the men will reflect, that we can have little hopes of the blessing of Heaven on our Arms, if we insult it by our impiety, and folly; added to this, it is a vice so mean and low, without any temptation, that every man of sense, and character, detests and despises it.It is considered to be fortunate by some that Obama was not visited by the ghost of LBJ, who is credited as being a colorful and accomplished curser. “He wouldn't know how to pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were printed on the heel,” Johnson once said of a Kennedy aide.
