Governing at its Best

I learned via the Drudge Report today that the city of Los Angeles is taking a bold step to better the lives of its citizenry.

In what I am sure will be a move that will help almost 10 million people sleep better at night, including many who have the difficult task of waking up every morning to wear make-up and pretend to be someone else in front of a camera, all new structures built in LA - including private homes - must be...graffiti proof.

Not even I can think of a clever zinger that could possibly top that.

Having lived in both So. Cal. and Chicagoland, I take an avid interest in my old local news. Any news on what Illinois is doing to prevent possible suffocation of "land of Lincoln"ers due to Blago's out of control hair-do?

The irony in my mind is that Cali has the highest per capita incidence of "body art". I'd like to know how high the tat percentage is in L.A. I think that has been a requirement of government structures there for a while, but to make it apply to private citizens is simply asinine.
